We aim to provide the best possible service to our patients but misunderstandings do sometimes happen.  Please feel free to discuss any concerns at the time when they occur. We aim for a speedy resolution of problems to mutual satisfaction.

  • If you have a problem with the service we provide, please address your complaints/concerns to:  Denise Brookes, Practice Manager.
  • Suggestions on how we can improve our service are welcome. These should also be addressed to the Practice Manager.
  • The Care Quality Commission website gives details about us and allows you to comment.

Patient Survey

As a surgery we like to get feedback from our patients about our service. Please take 5 minutes to complete our patient survery 2015-2016. All surveys are private and can be completed anonymously. We use the information collected from these surveys to improve our services and to see which areas need improving.

Friends and Family Test

The NHS friends and family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the services that provide your care and treatment. Your feedback will help NHS England to improve services for everyone.

Sheffield Patient Services Team

If you want to raise a concern about your NHS Primary Care and Community Services, then the Sheffield Patient Services Team can give you a helping hand.

As a patient, relative or carer you may need advice, information or support. This is where the  Patient Services Team comes in

The Patient Services team will:

  • Help sort out problems quickly wherever possible 
  • Advise you on how to make a complaint
  • Guide you to the appropriate place for support or further information
